Secretary of State Marco Rubio has revealed a bizarre incident aboard Air Force One in which he and other officials spent roughly 90 minutes trying to determine whether an unidentified passenger was simply sleeping—or had died.
Rubio recounted the unusual episode during an appearance on The Katie Miller Podcast, saying it occurred while officials were returning to the United States from China. According to Rubio, the unidentified person was asleep on a couch inside the aircraft’s conference room and appeared unusually unresponsive.
